Job description

  • Handle incoming requests for changes of content on existing websites. This can include for example changing a text or a picture, using the CMS system WordPress. Other tasks can be posting a blog post, changing the spelling of a menu item. There is no coding required. 
  • You will spend your time checking incoming requests on a digital Trello board, then handling the request which can entail logging into a WordPress site, changing a text or picture, and then writing a comment/email back to the owner of the website. It can also entail asking the customer to clarify their request for change. 
  • You will work in a team, where there will be developers, as well as sales representatives and your role will be to take care of the daily flow of requests, as well as ask for help from other team members when more technical questions arise.

Requirements:

  • Good written English, at least intermediate spoken English;
  • Organized and attentive to detail;
  • Good communication skills;
  • Computer literacy;

Having these skills is a plus:

  • High level of English;
  • Fast typing skills;
  • Understanding of CMS (most importantly — WordPress);
  • Experience with HTML / CSS;
  • QA processes knowledge;
  • Previous experience on the relevant position;
