The White Label Agency is American based company with 5 offices in Poltava, Odessa and Sumy, Ukraine.

Right now we are looking for candidates for the position HR, Administrative specialist. In order to open a new office and establish processes, build and grow the team!

Main duties

  • Writing and posting vacancies on job sites and social networks
  • Search for candidates using the principles of direct search and headhunting
  • Coordinate communication with job candidates and schedule interviews
  • Conduct interviews and evaluating candidates
  • Onboarding, adaptation, and offboarding processes
  • Participation in various public events, including internal schools and meetups
  • Supervision of all office matters on a daily basis
  • Communication with employees and resolving ongoing issues
  • Following internal processes and policies
  • Keeping a cozy atmosphere in the office
  • Assisting with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties
  • Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (vacations, bonuses, leaves, etc)

Requirements

  • Proven office management, administrative, or HR/Recruiting experience
  • Ability to build and develop supportive working relationships
  • Understanding or experience in the IT field
  • Experience with English-speaking stakeholders
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
  • Knowledge of English
