We are looking for WordPress developers to join our ever-growing team in Poltava, Ukraine.

White Label Agency is a WordPress outsourcing company. Our customers are digital marketing and advertising agencies from the US and Europe and our job is to take care of their WordPress development for them.

About the WordPress developer position

We accept applications from:

  • Junior developers (approx. 0.5-1 year of experience)
  • Middle developers (approx. 1-2 years experience)
  • Senior developers (approx. 2+ years of experience)

If you want to become a WordPress developer but you feel like you don’t have enough experience yet we have an internship program you can apply to. During this program our technical leaders teach our interns how to:

  • Code sites using WordPress on real projects
  • Acquire the skills to become a WordPress specialist
  • Work with a production team

Work as a White Label Agency’s WordPress developer

As a White Label Agency’s developer, your task would be building custom websites based on WordPress. Our technical leaders will collaborate with you to help find the best solutions for your projects, our Quality Assurance engineers will help keep the site consistent with client’s requirements and account managers will handle all communication with the customers.
If you become a junior developer at our company and you’d like to level up to a middle developer position we have a training program lead by our technical leaders that will help you reach your goal.

Position requirements

  • You have experience of building custom WordPress websites
  • You have knowledge of CSS and HTML
  • You know how to transfer sites and databases (FTP/phpMyAdmin/SSH)
  • You understanding how databases/MySQL and arrays work
  • You have entry-level English (at least)

Bonus if you have:

  • Knowledge of PHP
  • Knowledge of JavaScript/jQuery
  • Worked with Photoshop/Illustrator before
  • Experience in WordPress templates and widgets
  • Experience in WooCommerce and WooCommerce add-ons
  • Experience of multisite development
  • Experience of using REST API
  • Knowledge of Git for code versioning handling
  • Experience of working with SASS/LESS
  • Experience of working with Gulp/Grunt
  • Redmine/SVN/Trello or other experience from working with management tools
  • Intermediate English or higher
