Yes. We specialize in partnering with other agencies and serve as a white label provider. We do not work on individual websites for end clients at this time.
For our team to properly perform all maintenance tasks we request that credentials be provided for the WordPress admin panel, SFTP, and CPanel.
Upon initial onboarding, we will create a ticket tracking board using ClickUp. This board will allow you to see what tickets are being submitted and track their progress as they are being completed by our WordPress team.
We run WordPress updates on a monthly basis. Prior to the update we will make a full backup of the website and run a quality assurance check after all updates have been applied.
