Mastered deadlines

We know that deadlines are key in every website project. Working with us, you get the job done exactly when you need it.

Exactly as the specs

Because you're the master of the discussion with the client, we code your entire project exactly accordingly to your specs. No surprise at delivery: you get what you ask.

Flexibility

Whether you need us project-based, for hiring a developer, or long-term collaboration, we're here to help. We're flexible on our approach and pricing to cover all your needs.

Security best practices

We secure every website we build by providing the most current version of WordPress, thoroughly tested plugins, and The Login Lockdown plugin.

Coding standards

We're WordPress purists. We do believe in the power of this CMS and all the amazing websites developed through it. We code your website strictly according to the standards.

Pixel perfect

We’re happy to develop sites pixel perfect, although most agencies find it more valuable to go with our default “near-pixel perfect” option.

Our White Label process

If you work with us on a per-project basis, you will follow a process that we’ve refined over the years to deliver consistent quality for a large volume of projects.

Each project starts with collecting and discussing the materials for developing the site from your designs.

Ideally, we’d like to receive:
a) Adobe XD files (or Sketch, PSD,…)
b)detailed instructions for functionality and UI/UX elements
c)any other preferences for how you like your sites to be built

We review the provided design file(s) and provide a quote within 1 business day.
After receiving authorization to start the project, we add the project to our development queue which is typically 4-5 days long. This means we are starting the project within 4-5 days of being told “Go!”.

Final design files need to be provided at this point along with any additional information/content like a sitemap, functional spec or copy and image content.
The assigned developer works on the project until it is ready for initial QA review. This is anywhere from 2-10 days (or more depending upon project duration) from the start of the project. This time estimate is detailed in the quote. Many typical projects fall in the range of 3-4 days long.

Our QA Engineer reviews the site within one business day.
If fixes are needed, the assigned developer makes them ASAP before sending the site to you for review.
You provide your feedback and the assigned developer makes fixes/edits as needed.
The QA Engineer performs another round of QA to verify fixes were made per your feedback.
After you approve the site for moving live, the assigned developer moves the site live on your hosting environment.
