History

In 2013, White Label Agency was founded in Williamstown, MA, by two visionaries: the owner of a digital agency who needed more WordPress developers, and an entrepreneur with connections in the Ukrainian IT industry.

The two realized that more agencies needed to streamline their businesses and could use external help to get all their projects done on time without increasing the permanent internal staff.

Starting with one developer, the company got proof-of-concept and grew the team while installing processes and standards to ensure consistency in quality and timely delivery.

In 2015, WLA gained traction also in the European market, and while the largest client base is still in the US, the company is now serving partners from all across the world.

The team that white labels for you

Taking full advantage of the agency model, White Label Agency educates and takes great care of its team. Not only is it great for our staff to not have to work alone from their homes like many freelancers, it also helps them do a better job for you as our partner.

Today, we’re around 150 team members, all working full-time on normal office hours. Our development offices are located in the Ukrainian cities of Poltava Odessa and Sumy, and in the Georgian capital Tbilisi. We have local sales offices in our largest market: USA, and Northern Europe.
