We review the provided design file(s) and provide a quote within 1 business day.
After receiving authorization to start the project, we will find an available developer with the right skills for your project. The developer will be ready to start as soon as we receive the required credentials or when it fits into your process.
The final design files are provided, alternatively finalized by WLA and approved by you. This is also the time to provide any additional information/content like a sitemap, functional spec or copy and image content.
The assigned developer works on the project until it is ready for initial QA review.
Our QA Engineer reviews the site within one business day.
If fixes are needed, the assigned developer makes them as soon as possible before sending the site to you for review.
You provide your feedback and the assigned developer makes fixes/edits as needed.
The QA Engineer performs another round of QA to verify fixes were made per your feedback.
After you approve the site for moving live, the assigned developer moves the site live on your hosting environment.

We prefer to work with custom built WordPress sites using Foundation or Bootstrap as CSS frameworks.
We do work on theme-based WordPress sites for partners who ask for it, but it is not our first choice except in very specific situations. Our experience shows that theme sites frequently take more time and effort to build and QA than custom projects do. This is especially the case when the theme’s physical layout needs to be modified from its standard layout. The data we have from many theme site builds shows that we frequently need to charge more for theme site builds than for custom builds.
Custom builds are still easy to work with for your clients. Each site is built on the most current version of WordPress and is compatible for future updates to WordPress core, and we use Custom Post Types and Advanced Custom Fields to make it as easy as possible for your client to update their website.
