How to get started

Step 1: Tell us what you need

Reach out and tell us what kind of WordPress services you need, whether it is just one designer or a full team. One of our account managers will talk with you to learn more about your needs and discuss how we can help you.

Step 2: Meet your new team member

Within a few days, we will introduce you to a designer from our in-house team. We will talk over workflow, tools, priorities, and task assignment, and other important practical information.

Step 3: Get to work

Once the practical details are clear, you will have a short kickoff call with your designer and your account manager together. Then your designer will get to work on your projects.

Step 4: Keep things running smoothly

After you and your new dedicated designer start working together, you will have regular check-ins together with your account manager. Your account manager is here to help you make your new working relationship as smooth as possible.
