We can help you publish blog posts and upload provided images and captions. Please note, our team does not provide content or content edits, please provide finalized content only.

Duplicate Landing Pages

If you would like to add more landing pages, our team can help with duplicating existing pages and replace text and images with content provided by you.

Addition of Pictures

We can upload new JPG and PNG images to blog posts and pages, resize images and add captions to photos.

Responsiveness Fixes

We can make small adjustments to the site to help improve responsiveness, for example optimizing images and menus for different resolutions.

Problem Solving

We can fix theme bugs and common WordPress issues.

Content Updates

We will add, remove and replace any content you’d like, such as staff information, phone number and more. Just make sure you have the finalized content.

Links

We will check the links on all the posts and pages on a daily basis, and add or edit any broken, unresponsive links or links that you’d like to have updated.

Plugins

Besides updating existing plugins on a monthly basis, we can also install and activate new plugins. Deactivate or remove plugins you no longer want to use or edit plugin configurations.

Is the Payment Secure?

We are using HubSpot Payments which uses multiple layers of security to protect sensitive payment information.

We do not keep your credit card details. The credentials are encrypted and tokenized by Stripe to help ensure that unauthorized parties do not gain access to sensitive payment information.

How does the Contract Work?

When you subscribe to our maintenance plan, we will process the payment for the maintenance services monthly until the end of the contract or until you decide to cancel the plan.

How do I Cancel my Plan?

You can cancel verbally or in writing (email) to a sales representative of WLA. Any change to your plan will be effective in the next month.

How soon after Payment do we Start?

We are ready to start as soon as you accept the quote and enter your payment details.

What’s Included in your Unlimited Content Updates?

We want to give you the best service we can possibly provide, therefore we limit the content updates to tasks within the expertise of our Maintenance team. They are happy to perform any tasks that can usually be completed in 60 minutes or less, and that can be performed within the existing functionalities of the website.

For more complex tasks we will refer to our developers, these tasks will be quoted up by our sales team as a separate project.
