PROCESS

Each project starts with collecting and discussing the materials for developing the site from your designs. We also offer WordPress website design as a support service for agencies.
Ideally, we like to receive:
– Adobe XD files (or Figma, PSD,…)
– Detailed instructions for functionality and UI/UX elements
– Any other preferences for how you want your sites built.
– We review the provided design file(s) and return a quote within 1 business day.
– On receiving authorization to start the project, we allocate it to an in-house developer with the right skills for your project.
– Development begins as soon as we receive the required credentials, or when it fits into your process.
– The final design files are provided, alternatively finalized by WLA and approved by you. This is also the time to provide any additional information and content, like a sitemap, functional spec or copy and image content.
– The assigned developer works on the project until it is ready for initial QA review.
– Our QA Engineer reviews the site within one business day.
– If fixes are needed, the assigned developer makes them promptly before sending the site to you for review.
– You provide feedback and the developer makes fixes/edits as needed.
– The QA Engineer reviews the fixes as per your feedback. With your approval, the developer moves the site live in the hosting environment.
